They kicked Noirin out of her bed (didn't even ask her) so they could sleep in a group. I noticed how Lisa is on the outside so she is somewhat protecting her group from socialising with the other half of the room.

bur noirin has been sleeping at the other end of the room with roddy for weeks, since the sree thing! I think the deal was that they didn't want siavash/freddie getting sophie onside with them via roddy! and tried to get roddy to move beds with noirin but it didn't work for either of them, as roddy decided not to move after all

Rodders and Siavash aren't particularly good friends and unfortunatly I think he will never get along with Freddie. He even said himself his friends are Charlie and Sophie.

I don't think Rodders likes Freddie at all but I think there is truth in what you are saying.
