Lisa is the general, Karly is the lieutanant and Charlie and Dogface are the privates. Lisa barks the orders and Karly carries out the command. That is way Lisa needs to go, that will disband the army. Charlie will go to the other side with no problem which will leave Karly to look after Private Dogface. A group of two is no good they will be forced to join a new team. The new HMs are in for a rough time if Lisa goes there will be alot of people trying to get them to which ever group/
