Sophie will be punished again after discussing nominations.
Following Kris's eviction, the 20-year-old joked that her fellow housemates should nominate her.
She broke the news of the punishment in the garden yesterday, explaining that in the morning she had said that she didn't mind facing eviction now.
"That's just talking," Charlie complained.
Sophie went on: "They said I shouldn't hint for people to vote for me. They said I was hinting for you to vote for me."
"For me to vote for you?" Karly exclaimed in disbelief.
"It's not like I told you to," Sophie grumbled. "I said I'm not bothered when I go."
It is the second week in a row that Sophie has been punished for discussing nominations. Last week she ended up facing the public vote after failing to remain silent for a certain period of time.

She's a silly girl. She doesn't mean it. If she wanted to go that badly, she could walk :)

Excellent.
If Siavash is gonna be punished for saying the same thing, then so should she. You can't play the 'I was only joking' card after saying it. The HMs need to learn to just not talk about noms DIRECTLY... You would have thought that they would have learnt SOMETHING from Lisa over the last few weeks eh?
I guess Lisa saying to her, just after Kris had gone, "Don't worry, it won't be long until you see him..." was really dead on lol
Stick them both up for evicition. This is the life line Marcus needed to give him a fighting chance this week and to stop the evicition this Fri being boring. Good work BB.
Sophie to go :elephant:

I was wondering if this would happen when I heard her say it.
Lovely, now if Freddie, Siavash or Marcus are up for eviction we'll have somebody else to vote for. :)
Although she'll probably still survive.

She's so stupid....I can't believe she thought Carrots grew on trees! That alone is reason enough for me and my whole family to vote her out. It's common sense that vegetables grow below ground. Get Sophie out! Siavash to win!

Because the US version is so different, they sort of have to talk about strategy.
In case anyone doesn't know, here is how the US version works:
Beginning of week (right after eviction usually), there is a head of household competition. The HoH gets his own luxury bedroom and private bathroom filled with pictures from home, favorite snacks and other personal belongings.
A few days later, the HoH nominates the two who are up for eviction.
A few days later, the Power of Veto competition is held. The only people allowed to compete are the HoH, the two people up for eviction and usually two wildcards (names picked from a bag). Whoever wins the PoV, can save one of the two nominated people. They don't have to do this. They can choose not to use the veto. If they do use the veto, the HoH picks who gets nominated in their place.
Then the housemates vote who they want to evict.
There is no public vote whatsoever in BBUSA. The game is all about strategy. And unlike the UK version, if someone is a jerk, he can still keep from being evicted by winning PoV. I remember a couple of seasons ago when they just couldn't seem to get rid of James. It was good tv.
