Northern Ireland is a different country.
Nobody is stopping you voting. Just that Endemol/phone companies are not providing The Republic with lines/numbers etc.
You can't break any rules, there are none. You just have to find an alternative.
Phone a friend in England, transfer the cost by internet banking.
It's like the ferry from Eire to Wales. If that was stopped nobody would be banning you personally from going to Wales, just removing one of the means.
You could still fly or swim.

For anybody just south of the border, it's easy enough to cross into Ulster to make a phone call, isn't it? Simples !

There are no Irish lines anymore due to the malfunction in counting the votes experienced during last years eviction between Belinda and Rex.

If you have a sim card from the UK you should be able to vote easily, It's what people do for example during the eurovision to vote for their own country.

EIRE is a country in its own right.NORTHERN Ireland is still within the United Kingdom.
