He may be thinking that without her lieutentant Lisa is a negligible threat, also by removing Lisa'a backup, there is no one to defend her, so lisa becomes isolated, but because of her paranoid thinking she will stay self isolated, which in turn makes her a natural for nomination in the future.

Whereas if Snarly stays and lisa went, snarly would soon reintegrate into the group and get back under the radar

I love Siavash but I hate him for choosing Karly over Lisa. If only he had nominated Rodrifo after the terrible temper Rodrigo displayed over the chair incident then Lisa, Norin, Dogface and Marcus would have being up for eviction.
