Database connection error - config.php

Ok, I know this is nothing to do with Big Brother, but this is where everyone is so I thought I'd just be a pain and post here.
Basically I keep getting this message loads and loads, and it's driving me potty:

Database connection error!
A connection to the Database could not be established.
Please check your username, password, database name and host.
Also make sure config.php is rightly configured!

Can anybody shed some light on the problem?

Oh is it just to do with the busy forum?
It happens loads, pretty much since I've joined, thought it may be my laptop's fault.

Nah everyone gets it, especially during BB times it happens. When we get lots of traffic the board has a fit and freaks out.
