WTF is all the bs about "gameplans"
you simply cannot have a "gameplan" on a show where the public, who you do not see or you get feedback on, vote and decide your fate.
Freddie proves that.
The show and people are too random for any real "plan" to work
Has any "gameplan" ever been analysed and assessed?
btw old Moner Lisa is way too thick to have one anyroad

I think you can obviously hang around and befriend certain people, and not be particulary true to yourself, but after a certain times the cracks will show!

It worked for Pete, Anthony and Rachel.

in your head it did but it did not beyond that
You can't really have a game plan on BB Uk except be nice and try and be friends with everyone
With BB USA.. thats another story! You can be as tactically as you like and have plenty of gameplans

indeed the only "gameplan" that works is be nice and be interested in others

Well the 'plan' was working for a while for team Lisa. The downfall was fantastic though over nomination discussion ... oh the arrogance.
The nice thing is it is only a matter of time before we get to shoot for Lisa and whoever else decided to cling to her neck. They are going to be looking pretty sad WHEN Karly goes on Friday and she will.
Lisa next week .....
^ Lisa had a gameplan but it back fired when her stupid minons discussed nomo's. Bet she's gutted

If Lisa try's to turn her team against individuals of the other team then that may be called a game plan, however i would say that it's what Lisa does in any situation where she feels it necessary, therefore it is better described as a characteristic of Lisa's personality rather than a game plan.

you can have a game plan in the house to try to get to the end
but the only game plan that works to win is be yourself and let the public decide

The only real gameplan is to not get nominated. But eventually the public gets to vote so it is not the complete winning strategy.
Hence: Nasty Nick hadnt received a single nomination but was scheming all the time and the public couldnt do a thing about it. But he wouldnt of won because that IS up to the public in the final vote. As it happens..he tripped up by being kicked out for rule breaking.
As has already been said.... Lisa's gameplan was to have enough simpathisers around her to vote off the other team. It backfired when kris the wuss got binned even without being nominated.
The ultimate gameplan is to be liked by the HMs, and the public. Difficult to achieve over such a long period and under such scrutiny, but its basically how Cameron won on BB4. Its called being nice & decent.

I think in Lisa's case, claiming that someone else "has a gameplan" was just a way of signalling to the others that they should vote for that person.

Which leads me to the conclusion there are 2 ways of winning BB
1. With a Gameplan good enough to fool us and the Hm's
2. Just be yourself, hopefully you are likeable enough.
No 1 never wins, but as i say Gameplans are mostly peoples charater traits exagerated for use in certain situations in the house

Ditto that....too many HMs over the years have used the old gameplan ploy to diss another HM.

Paul, you have got it about right.
If somebody was sufficiently intelligent and self-controlled to follow a GP (very unlikely) it still leaves them open to disruption by the bevaviour of the other HMs.
For example, Lisa could not know there would be a Freddie in the house.
And yet it is the "relationship" between those two which has so far set the story of BB10.
It just happened that Lisa is a spiteful gossip of low intelligence and Freddie is a quite intelligent, mildly annoying oddball. Who could have predicted that!

I agree that Pete and Anthony had gameplans...and they played well with the textvoters (aka - the under 18s).
I disagree with your assesment of Rachel though, as I think her only gameplan was just to be herself - a fact not wasted on text-voters and not lost on the more mature and intelligent viewer. :flower:

I believe her gameplan was not to offend anyone, not to express any opinions and not to get involved in any confrontation. When Luke and Rebecca were bitching like crazy, she never made a point to the housemates about Luke's behaviour. Later on when Rex was tormenting not only her, but the other housemates, she refused to say a bad word about him or even nominate him, until the final wee nominations when her victory was at stake. This was simply not normal behaviour. Who on Earth would turn a blind eye to somebody who was bullying them everyday and then go and nominate someone like Lisa or Sara who did nothing wrong.
Pete's gameplan was very similar. Throughout his entire 13 weeks, he did absolutely nothing of note.
As for Anthony, well credit to him for actually admitting he had a gameplan. The man was determined to win from day one and made no bones about it. However, the fact that he said he loved going down on a girl struck me as as a blatant ploy to court the female teen voters.

erm.. yeah i think people may think what to do.. but its like you cant pretend for 13 weeks.. i think most of the time we will see "the real them"
just in that compound.. better to think more before you speak!
