I loved that BOX TASK tonight and seeing Makosi and Craig again. They really made me remember how entertaining BB6 was; the tasks, the housemates, the banter etc.

Makosi: 'Big Brother, I'm not happy with my geographical location'

Biggest difference was that... in BB6, the producers were interested in BB!

This series, they don't really care, just like the bblb production team, just like the eviction night interviewees.

I seem to be against the general opinion on this. BB6 was the worst BB to me, there was barely a single housemate that I liked and I found it hard to keep interested in the show. I guess orange oompa loompas, creepy gay guys and crazy women are just not my cup of tea.

Overall I think that BB3 was probably the best out of all the series, although I do have fond memories of BB1 because it was the only true reality based BB. After that the housemates were far too media savvy.

my best because i loved the complexity of each superficial character, that often had real depth and resounding personalities. unforgettable, unique freaks!

i want tv escapism, not dullism!

Yes, a masterclass in having presence, intrigue, creating drama/entertainment, great TV viewing and having fascinating personality traits.

The current HMs are clearly very dull, mediocre, predictable and flat out boring compared to these two relative legends of the show.

Two hours of Makosi and Craig stirs up more drama and entertainment than a week of those wannabees and bores plodding on in the house.

This series is a farce and past series were waaaay cooler. BB10 ... learn! :dazzler:

Two legends of the show, their presence and impact relative to the current housemates was so distinct and major, it wasn't even funny.

The pair of them being there for two hours created more intrigue, drama and blatantly watchable television than weeks of those bores, wannabees and lounging moaners wasting their time.

Gotta love the oldies.

The contrast of Makosi and Craig compared to this year's housemates was huge. Just goes to show how much the show has changed.

BB6 was **** and depressing, which makes sense since most of you probably have depressing lives.

I didn't think much of BB6 at all! I hated Makosi and I thought Anthony was one of the poorer winners (along with Rachel)

Who else was in BB6? I can only think of Makosi, Craig & Anthony!

It also had three other BIG characters:-

Derek
Science
Maxwell

Derek alone was a better housemate than this lot. This series had really big characters and I think that's why they clashed with each other.

I always remember Sam saying to Derek in the kitchen when she was cooking "You can go now" to which Derek replied "Go? Go? Go where? "

Derek was vile but had the humour to go with the nasty streak.

Oh I had forgotten all about Derek! I actually quite liked him (as a housemate)

I miss BB6 so much.
It was by far the best for me just because all the chracters like so out there, I mean none of them were boring & it's weird to be able to say that about a BB.

Having Craig & Makosi in made me feel like I'd gone back to 2005.

Makosi - the most evil housemate ever.

He was an absolutely brilliant housemate and I say the same about most of them. Even though I would never like living with a lot of them, to me it was the perfect casting for a series.

So much happened between the two sets of groups it was like a warzone with Science looking in from the outside.

My favourite moments from BB come from BB6. The time they were all dressed as pirates and Craig, Derek and Roberto were discussing nominating Saskia was played beautifully. When they showed the rest of the group, their faces alone were hilarious.

I doubt we will ever get a better set of housemates in one series and I doubt we will ever get an immortal line better than "Tweedle Dum, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle T**t"? :joker:
