Pete has been conspicuous by his absence on-screen during the NINTH birthday celebrations and there have been multi-level complaints - from Ofcom to C4 and various points in between on the grounds that that he wasn't being allowed to participate because of his TS.

The TSA said it was discriminatory and his participation in BB7 ('live' feed included) didn't seem to be an insurmountable problem in 2006.
