Personally I think he's not going to form any close alleigance- he's a clever man and will play the game. I don't think Lisa and him will have much in common apart from Karly, but that might be enough for them to bond at first I guess, and after that they could become good friends. I think we will have a clearer insight next week, after the seventh eviction.
