Think they know there`s a secret task because of the way Hira came out of the diary empty handed if she`d have brought the welcome hamper with her they would not have suspected anything.

It's possible that they only require one nomination each for Noirin and Halfwit, and they may not have to actually have the most votes and be up and other original housemates could be up instead. BB brother did only say the task was to get them nominated.
