Karly wouldn't say 'Oh ken, I knew you loved me!' as she would probably say 'Oh ken, I ken you loved me' as ken is the Scottish for knew (or know - so I could be wrong, its ages since I read a scottish book). But knowing Ken, he'd think she was calling his name twice
