Does Freddie and Noirin BOTH have to recieve the highest noms?

I need help into understand the task.
For the newbies to pass the task, do Noirin and Freddie have to take up the Top 2 slots of the most nominations week.

eg. Noirin- 6 noms
Freddie- 4 noms
Everyone else under 4.

Or does it only have to be only 1 to get the highest noms, eg. Noirin gets 5 noms, but Freddie gets 1 or 2 (while other get 3-4)

But do the newbies still pass if 3 people are up e.g. Noirin, Halfwit, Lisa?

I think the goal is to make sure they are both up, doesn't matter if someone is up with them as long as they are both up

Oh okay, so if Lisa ties with one of them, them 2 are still the only ones up?
eg.

Noirin- 5 noms
Freddie and Lisa- 4 noms
Lisa will escape, yes?

They just have to be among the ones nominated for eviction. Thats all. Obviously the newbies can't control how many others could be up with them. That would be asking way too much!

I think they'll fail. It's a very difficult task.
