He makes me laugh, he makes me cringe, he makes me so angry, but I still can't help but be captivated by the level of pathos inherent in his performance.

It's like we're in a weird parallel universe and I'm watching the final episode of the office. But it's Marcus who's crying and instead of "don't make me redundant" I can hear "don't leave me Noirin".

Oh, and the bordering on sexual harassment comment is a classic.

lol...very astute (im a huge office fan myself)
However, He also has moments where he comes across more like 'the annoying IT guy'......"you know Bruce Lee's not really dead, dont you..?..."

More like David Brent was the Marcus of the office.

But yeah, Marcus is comedy gold.

Yeah that's true, but unlike that guy I feel he has the humanity that you always felt Brent possessed- that's what keeps me watching anyway!

I mean you're really on your last legs when you have to use Lisa for a shoulder to cry on. It's so sad and funny.
