By being one of the two original HMs (the other being Rodders) who didn't deliberately fluff the nominations.

Because of so many of the nominations being invalid, BB had no choice but to scrap them and put up the rule-breakers and the new HMs for failing their secret mission.

It's funny really, cos although the original HMs were playing with fire by putting themselves up by default, it will ultimately pay off once Kenneth goes.
