There's no way Lisa really likes Kenneth. She's just latched onto him because he's Karly's boyfriend. He told her "don't do it" (put herself up). I don't think it was out of friendship, more getting himself another ally.

David seems to like her but don't think she'g got many friends in there now. Charlie and Dogface are mixing with the others a lot more now too
