I think that if he could get two decent strikers that can stay fit, and one top notch centre back, I feel like Everton could aim for a top 12 finish next season and try to build from there.

Yeah I like Sean Dych, I think his hearts really in it and that's good for the team. He did well to stop them being relegated. Onward and upward.
