Don't know where Colne is?

I'm ok, have been in hospital, had a meltdown. They've let me out now.

Yeah I'm fine now, all this was in March and early April. It's good you're doing better too

Hospitals, police escorts, went to the alcohol service I go to smashed, was walking in and out of groups, getting taken out of them. Plus a few ambulances called that I refused. I had at least 10 people telling me they thought I'd be dead in a week and they wouldn't see me again. But, thankfully it's all calm now

I waited about 2 months ... And it was great, made me look at things very differently.

What did you get up to?

I was going to have CBT once but hated the person who was going to do it with me so never happened lol. Plus the waiting list was like 6 months. Yeah I'm still positive, finished a course I was doing and just been doing other bits and bats relating to it. A fair few people saying I'm looking a lot better. I managed to cause complete chaos when I properly got on the drink again

It's been amazing! Really helped. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
