Plus only having a corner of Ala Mhigo to explore was a terrible decision.

I was interested in Ala Mhigo itself because of all the lore, it feels like it never got any development because the Doma side hogged the limelight lol

I also think that the Ala Mhigo stuff was not compelling at any point. We were forced into the conflict and a lot of Ala Mhigans that we met before didn't inspire a lot of sympathy. That combined with the repetitiveness of the first half of the story was a struggle.

Yeah, Stormblood pales in comparison, tbh, a lot of the damage to that was done by the split focus I think

Yeah, the story in SB when it didn't concern Yotsuyu felt a bit... tired, like they heart wasn't in it but you can tell they are all in on this one. I did the first dungeon yesterday night, that second boss </3.

I must say though, I don't like the MP changes since it's basically turned it into TP for RDMs. If we throw out even a little bit of AoE, we've got to use Lucid on cooldown basically. It's not an issue for SMN or BLM obvi but it's an unintended nerf to RDM.

SHB bard is good too , its nice getting rid of a few skills. I'm so glad the sidequests sync to level now, such a useful way to level side jobs

I love Dancer so much, I think RDM will always be my fave but DNC will definitey be my second job I think. I've already got it to level 68. I think I'm gonna get it to level 70 and start the MSQ as RDM and use the sidequests to level up DNC.
