I think UK 2016 was too weak for such a strong year.

I'm not a fan of Portugal 2012 but it has grown on me. It sounds like the typical Portuguese entry to me, a ballad with Mediterranean elements.

UK: I think you were underrated in 2014 and especially in 2013!

Iceland: My favorite country at Eurovision, I usually adore their entries so yes, I agree that they are underrated.

Portugal: I'm not a fan of them so I disagree. Maybe in 2014 a little.

Spain: Yeeees, they usually send great songs and they end up in the right side of the scoreboard...

France: France is a weird occasion. There are times when I find them extremely overrated (2009, 2010, 2011 and 2016) and times when I find them underrated (2012, 2013 and 2015).

Iceland and Belarus were higher because of the televote too.

I agree on Slovenia but the televote didn't support them either... and the UK actually placed a little higher because of the juries... you had a very good song that year.
