I'm not too bad, plodding on. Looking for work again glad winters nearly over, I can sense Spring in the air now thank goodness.

Yeah my sleep has gone a bit astray again. I don't think I got much last night. I'm doing a health and social course at the moment, it's only one day a week but do the whole unit in the day kinda thing. Then hoping to get into helping people with drug problems. It wouldn't really work going into the alcohol thing cos I know every drunk in my city LOL. How about you?
