I think his new voice makes him sound younger, I thought he had one of the best fitting voices in ARR.

Yeah, Merlwyb was one of the more decent ones in ARR, Alphinaud, I liked him, but I think he's meant to be older and more responsible in Heavensward, his voice changing kinda works as he's getting older.

I preferred the old Admiral and Alphinaud but I like the rest.
