I'm hoping we get some Dancer details soon, I've come round to the idea of it being Ranged but I HOPE it plays nothing like MCH or BRD.

I'm hoping for something functionally similar to a melee DPS in terms of focusing on combo actions and such. I hope it's not a convoluted mess like MCH nor a boring dot machine like BRD. A ranged with positionals would be interesting and kinda fitting considering it's a dancer class and a lot of movement would make sense.

I think I'm just glad to be done with Ala Mhigo for the moment tbh.

Yeah, I thought Yotsuyu's survival was cheap but the whole 3.2 and 3.3 storyline was excellent from beginning to end. She was one of the best written characters in the game, easily.

I doubt the First will since it took an alternate path from the Source so I think the only characters that will cross over will be the Scions and the Crystal Tower catboy. When it comes to job quests, I imagine they'll just all take place on the Source. I can see them taking the opportunity to give some old areas some love this time around.

I wonder what the end game location will be? Rowene's not likely going to get to the First so I'm assuming the Rhalgr's/Mor Dhona/Idyllshire location will be on the Source, possibly, like Idyllshire, it's a place that they haven't revealed yet.

I'm hoping that if they continue the 'city reconstruction' thing, Ala Mhigo is done in 6.0, it needs some love xD I loved Doma's arc, when they brough Yotsuyu back I thought it seemed pretty cheap, but they actually pulled the story off in a super interesting way

I'm hoping Novrendt doesn't have "alternate" version of characters from the source, I'd much rather it was made up of a new cast, I'm wondering how they're gonna do job quests and the like, since our job teachers can't make it across... probably

Not letting us to enter the city of Ala Mhigo properly was a mistake and plus Ala Mhigo was never really sympathetic. Doma however was always excellent. Yotsuyu is one of the best characters they've ever created.

Yeah, the Doma/Ala Mhigo split was a really bad idea, Ala Mhigo has kinda felt neglected despite being around since 1.0. I think they're trying to keep secret how the Garlean stuff happens, but its quite confusing lol

I do hope that this expansion isn't filler, they said originally that we're gonna take the fight to Garlemald but how can that be when there's no Garlemald areas in the game? There's so many mixed messages it's getting annoying.

Yeah, it makes sense to have at least part of the expansion set on the source, to keep a few plot points going until the Garlemald expansion lol

I called it being Graha Tia when they first released the poster art a while back, I think the Miqote lips gave him away.

Yeah, that's what I thought. I assume the Greatwood is meant to be the Viera's home and that at least part of this expansion might be set in the same region as Dalmasca.

As for other strands, the Crystal Tower guy is obviously the Mi'Qote from the Crystal Tower raids but it'll be interesting to see how they handle that if people haven't done those quests.

I was looking at screenshots for Rak'Tika Greatwood, and I realised something, unlike the other zones we've seen, its seems kind of...normal, like it doesn't look all that flooded with light, and in the trailer its seemingly being bombed, I don't think it's on the first, I reckon it's a Hydaelyn zone, and 'Master Matoya' is literally Matoya, defending Eorzea while we're away.

I did the MSQ quests earlier... Took about half an hour Yeesh it was rough. Can't say I'm excited for Shadowbringers at all anymore.
