Element isn't bad either, you can get them by killing the angel things.

Thundara and Aerora are the best spells for build stagger.

Yeah, you should do them if you haven't already. It's well worth it.

Use the saboteur abilities if you haven't been using them already, Imperil is amazing in this fight. I'd also recommend putting a spell on each of your Schemas so you can cast spells constantly. Do you have Beatdown and a spear? Jumps tend to raise his Stagger bar quite quickly.

I got to that bit where you have to stagger him, lol.

I completed it. The final boss was surprisingly easy.
