You are right but somehow it seems having a child has affected Aaron somehow, he adores his son clearly but he seems like it hasn't had that effect totally on him. I know women can suffer depression after a birth and sometimes it puts them off having more children for life. Maybe this is the psychological block Aaron has as to relationships, and other children too now. He needs a relationship but can't voice his inner fears as to one.
That's not Fayes fault of course but somehow I think she could be maybe the one to get him through that block,albeit eventually.
