I have healed her before. I've been spreading most of my "Heals" throughout the game between the various housemate I like. I have only been healing Ashleigh recently, rather than Toya, because no one is targetting Toya at the moment. There are lots of people (like you) who are hurting Ashleigh, so that's why I'm healing her instead.
