One thing is good to have is a fast connection speed ie: 5-20 Mbit/s. At least if you want to watch the stream in HD quality. I think SD needs only 2 Mbit/s to 5 Mbits/s.

If you live in UK, you might want to try tvcatchup.com. (You need register to the site and there are ads involved)
Filmon.com (no registration needed, but there are ads there, so you might want to get an adblocker add-on) is also a good site, but it might heavy trafficked tomorrow due to CBB and the stream might become sluggish.
