..the thing is though James, I always make excuses not to go to these things..people just accept now that I probably won't go to anything..it's not just crowds, it's groups of friends as well (bigger groups)..I'm ok one to one sort of thing or with a couple of people but even then, I'd rather be on my own...and then I worry that I'll really be on my own lol..crazy..my family went out tonight, which they often do at weekends..but I stayed home as usual...I think it's becoming a self induced 'phobia' now...I know I can probably change it but don't know if I want to either....anxiety is horrible...it rules everything you do....

..aww, I'm sorry to hear that..I won't ask you or push you but if you want to talk about anything at all then ..well you know..I'm kind of always here..far too much mostly....I'm ok, it's been half term so I've had too much time on my hands and realised how little I do in the way of socialicing etc..it's been my choice because I'm a 'home' person and not good in crowds..I start to feel panicky..but I'm thinking maybe I should try to do something about that and not just watch life go by while I'm on TiBB or youtube or something....
