I liked Lucy in the auditions but in the live shows she's been a letdown for me, and Rylan is ridiculous, Carolynne was way better than him imo and Christopher Maloney is a bigger talking point for the show so I don't know why they are even keeping Rylan around.

This is what James said about the avatars

Avatars have to be no bigger than 150px x 160px, and uploaded sigs no bigger than 550px x 150px, and the filesize can't be bigger than about 120Kb.

If the filesize is too big it won't upload. If the filesize is alright but the pic is too large it will be resized and won't be animated.
