…it might be that it doesn’t happen right now, that this buyer doesn’t go ahead for whatever reason…or there may just be a delay…?..but it’s giving you all time to to get your thoughts around the change as well if it happens, so that’s also maybe time that can be used for a positive…?…I guess that it’s a difficult time as well to see a property in the hospitality industry/a lot of uncertainty for buyers when that industry has been so devastated through COVID times…

…yeah you’re bound to feel all of those things, that’s just a natural thing with change and the unknown, you know…but it’s also going to open up opportunities and things and people that you haven’t experienced yet…it’ll only add to all of your life experiences and familiarities etc with extra ones…rather than replace them…

…how do you feel about that, you mean that’s where you’re living so you’ll all be moving out…?….big changes could mean great changes, Scarlett…this is a new and exciting path that could have great things on it…

…ughhhh, it’s so warm here…it’s not sunny, though….we had loads of rain through the night and this morning but it feels more close than did before…I didn’t get to the coast like I was going to……that’s just so typical of English weather and trying to make summer plans……

…yeah I guess that it’ll be like that until the school holidays and then possibly busy all of the time…one of the good things about COVID is that more people will holiday in this country and finally get to see the beauty of it…because there really are some lovely places…it’s just our more unpredictable weather, really….you have a lovely day today and keep cool…..
