…yeah, the exhaustion will be there for a while, I think…but so much sense of achievement in that exhaustion though as well….that’s so much easier to cope with than emotional exhaustion…you’re pretty stunning, you know that…?…….be proud of your physical exhaustion……(…which sounds weird, I know…)…but you made it happen when you knew the time was right……

…I hadn’t seen you around for a few days but hopefully you’re just having some down time and also a bit of an adjustment to your energy levels going back to work etc…it will obviously take a little time for that …..
