..ughh, it's the thing that spoils BB though it but I'd like to see why Kimberley was chosen, there must have been a reason..?...but are we avin' it Joe..no, we're not avin' it at all....don't mess with our Kimberley.....(maybe she'll get more popularity and support because of it though, so it could be a good thing..)..except it'll make her more unhappy in there if people are mean to her....

..and also, what's this that they're doing to our Kimberley then, with the nominations reveal Joe.....what's all that about...

..yeah, that's the thing, it will just be a change and a nice day out at the very least but it could be something really important for your future so either way, a good and important day..I could do with a bit of lunch in a nice pub garden in Skipton myself.....and you're right Joe, not everyone gets this far and is accepted so they're not going to send you back to an environment where they know it'll be too hard to be well....they just wouldn't do that...

..Joe, you're not going to leave when you've gone through staying where you are now, that's the worst and this will be so much better in lots of ways..ok, maybe there will be a little less 'freedom' or free time..?..and that might frustrate you a bit at the beginning if you wanted to watch something on TV or catch up with BB here or something but it'll only be at the beginning until you get a routine kind of thing and until you start to feel all the good stuff about it as well, which there will be..stuff that helps you understand more and cope more and stuff that will make you feel much stronger as a person to make decisions from there...also, you're not going to get kicked out, I'm not going to even ask if you've ever had a drink since you stopped, because I can see that you have got so much determination now/that shines from you Joe....

..yeah that's the one I can kind of picture you in and it seemed kind of right as soon as I saw it and I think, just what you need right now..?..just totally different from where you are and I know there will be therapies/counselling etc and stuff to do but it'll still feel quite chilled and peaceful and it'll give you thinking time as well because through it, you'll probably want to think about what you want to do next and where you will stay..?..you can't go back to anywhere like you're staying now, Joe...

..yeah, and it's good that you can talk about stuff and that you can feel as though you can sort it out ...I know it's fairly awful where you are atm and I wish I could do something about that..I hope that the programme/rehab starts soon and that will get you out of the environment and after that, we can see what happens next but you won't have to go back to where you are, you need a proper new beginning and something much more positive but for now as you've said, it's just taking one day and step at a time and sometimes those steps will be fairly awful but it's all taking you closer to something much happier, Joe..and you are getting through the rubbish bits and I am so very proud of you....so let's see what the mornings BB posting brings today......
