Yeah, the dialogue seems meaningless mostly but it is a start.

The story feels quite dark so far, I'm just in the Rak'Tika woods atm. I'm level 75 but I'm still on the lvl74 quests at the moment. I'm loving the story and how they've made Minfillia a really likable character (although she's dead to me if she ever utters the phrase 'Pray return to the Waking Sands').

Have you tried the new jobs yet? I've yet to try GBR but I love DNC a lot.

I was shocked at how far they went with her transformation scene, it was horrific.

Have you been doing FATEs much? It's weird to see everyone doing them again now, reminds me of the ARR days when everyone would basically live in Coerthas and North Thanalan as soon as they got to level 30.

I'd be happy not to set foot in that place again, tbh.

I met Titania yesterday and did her battle this morning, I'm not for her freaky jumpscaring ass. I imagine her EX battle is insane though.

Plus only having a corner of Ala Mhigo to explore was a terrible decision.

I also think that the Ala Mhigo stuff was not compelling at any point. We were forced into the conflict and a lot of Ala Mhigans that we met before didn't inspire a lot of sympathy. That combined with the repetitiveness of the first half of the story was a struggle.

Yeah, the story in SB when it didn't concern Yotsuyu felt a bit... tired, like they heart wasn't in it but you can tell they are all in on this one. I did the first dungeon yesterday night, that second boss </3.

I must say though, I don't like the MP changes since it's basically turned it into TP for RDMs. If we throw out even a little bit of AoE, we've got to use Lucid on cooldown basically. It's not an issue for SMN or BLM obvi but it's an unintended nerf to RDM.
