..I think that's the thing..you worry about it and then it's that which actually makes it harder to get a better pattern but it'll sort itself out when it has to and has no choice...that might make you tired for a little while, whilst it does that but then it'll just all slip back and be fine...and anyway, no matter when we sleep or for how long, we're always tired anyway.....

....yeah I know it's hard to change these things because they naturally 'fight you'....I think also, try not to think about it/worry about it really because that just makes sleep when you want it to happen, less likely to happen because you're conscious of it/if that makes sense...and really anyway, if you don't need to be awake for a certain time and have a schedule, then it really doesn't matter..?...and when you do, then it will change because gradually you'll force it to..body clocks are the most stubborn people ever.....
