..you've realised what a mess I am in the mornings now on work days, yeah..?...but who wants to be anything other than messes like us Dezzy...so a very quick/rushed, have a lovely day.....

..actually it was a great/fun day yesterday at work..we were super heroes, we had capes as well.....and spent all day looking at what we could do that was super-hero-ish...we did paper shredding because that's pretty super and a big help and we looked for litter that might be a danger to someone falling over, so many super things Dezzy.....the only thing was that we had no heating and lots of stuff was outside...(super heroes seem to spend a lot of time outdoors in the cold....)...so it was hard to keep any warmth at all and by the end of the day, I was shaking and then couldn't get warm at home....but still a super day though..with that and the super hero theme going on, I think this today....
