It's not a terribly old album (it's actually called R.E.T.R.O.), it is from 2010, but it reminds me of a lot of the synthwave/chiptune stuff that is so popular atm...

For example, if you really like synth, then you'd probably like 80s-style synthwave... you'll probably also love electrosynthwave....
