..wow, that's awful, how humiliating and why would people be encouraged to find a job and try to get help id that's how they're treated, no one else would have that done to them and nor should they, no one should..I didn't realise it was like that Joe.....but it doesn't make sense either though because why have these programmes and offer training etc and help with housing...and then they have to go through stuff like that at the end of it..?..

....well I guess at least it was a curry.....but it didn't really sound as though they were that helpful to people though, it's so annoying when you think about it...when you say that they treat people in recovery differently, do you mean that they're not treated very well then..?... but getting a job eventually is all part of 'recovery' though isn't it...

....yeah I imagine would have her pretty tame Joe....ahhh, so it was like a talk then, about how to find a job or what's available..?..yeah, I have to say that I'm starting to lose faith a bit with all of the system so I guess they do tell you things that you know are just not true...yeah, I thought you were on a medical certificate thing which is why I was a bit confused and thought you meant they had asked you to go in to find work for you or something...did you go with friends then or just for something to do..?..

..hmmm, I'm not sure, Holly was a bit of a handful Joe and definitely her own person.....yeah I was working all day and am just trying to chill atm....I guess the job centre can be pretty grim, do you have to go every week..do they actually try to find work for people Joe..?..

..yeah, I think that's how I saw her, quite vulnerable and trying to hide from who she really was, which is why she created the person she was but I know she came across as quite brutal with her feeling in way because of that but I don't think she really was, I think she was really quite vulnerable...it'll be good when you watch the movie as well but you seemed to enjoy it ok..what you been up to today..?..the weather has been gorgeous here...

...awww, you really did read it in one evening I hope your eyes aren't strained.....but did you like her though Joe or did you think she was quite a cold person because she's much darker/mosr complex in the book than in the movie...

..that sounds like a good order and I think Big Sur is about his own life and journey from alcohol so I thought you might relate to some of it and maybe find it interesting..I think I need to find a book to read as well, I'm just not sure which way to go/what to read atm...

..yeah I do and I know you have your course to focus on and you seems to be doing great to me and just taking each day so I think you'll be ok and it's good to know that you're thinking of other things and not just focusing on that alone if you know what I mean because these things do seem to take so mush time, they shouldn't but they do...I am really proud of you Joe....mind you if I don't get a book review tomorrow I'm going to hit you.....(not really..)...oh do you know the story of The Railway Man..?...someone loaned me the dvd today...
