like i felt a lot better a few weeks ago when i first came out of hospital ive felt quite **** for the past week but i think it could be because i was on sleeping tablets and i stopped taking them and not taking them was making me feel **** idk but the doctor said i really need to get off them because i was on them for longer than i should have been and they are really addictive or s/t idk but i have a meeting tomorrow with a psychologist they said i need psychological therapy hai/

yeah 2012's been a bit meh... I've been really struggling to pick my Best of 2012 list... I did my top 50 albums last year and they were all ones I found better than "alright", whereas this year I'm just going "well this can make up the list"... I haven't had as much time as I did Jan-Sep 2011 to find new music to be fair
