..yeah that's what I thinking as well but didn't know how to put it..just that I'm worried about you being 'dragged in/sucked in' to something that wouldn't be good for you and especially atm when you're quite vulnerable etc and it hasn't been very long and I know that sounds selfish because I would also want to help her and don't think I could do nothing but sometimes, we just can't help situations because that person just isn't right for it in themselves so all we can do is self preserve..?...

....hmmm, that's a difficult one though isn't it because will it put you in danger in being involved etc but then you can't just 'observe' and not do anything, I understand that..but it's a bit of a tricky situation with this aggressive guy ..?...is there anyone that you can report it all to or is that pointless...

..oh, is it a bit of an 'area' where you are then..?...that's really annoying and not the best for a calming environment.....I remember quite a few years ago we stayed in a hotel and it turned out to be right next door to a hospital and there was ambulance sirens going off all night/it was a weekend..it's incredible how busy it all is on 'drinking' nights...but yeah, not the best for you really, you need to be writing all this down and writing a book on it all.....

..oh hey early bird....awww, you would love it as well but it'll be repeated soon I would think..?..it's one of those movies that really has you thinking, which are my favourite type..a real 'impact' movie..I watched Walter Mitty last night and I would totally recommend that as well...

..yeah, you're right it could just be hype for the exhibition, is it at the Victoria and Albert....Bowie had one last year and I really wanted to see it but never got round to it but I did go to Selfridges and saw a few of the things there..a couple of stage outfits, some photos and songs he had written as well and they were selling all the merchandise there which was horrendously expensive but I bought a few of the smaller things..I have a great collection of postcards which I'll try to remember to download sometime and show you..and I bought a plectrum even though I don't play guitar..except for Smoke on the Water but everyone can play that....Ooo, that has me in the zone to listen to that now...but as you're into Truman Capote, you're not getting away without reading Breakfast at Tiffanys, I insist on that.....

..yeah do the list and I can have a look round as well, I think your favourite book is Catcher in the Rye, didn't I read that somewhere..?...oh, what did you reckon to Oasis then ..do you not think they will do Glastonbury/they seemed quite sure on the news..a reliable source type thing....

..well it won't be too long until you know and I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you and I think keeping your mind busy is all you can do...you're not where you were a few weeks ago so in a way, it's already started...and I think that you're probably in the right 'frame' to go as well..and you're a survivor Joe, you get up every time you fall down ...and we'll make sure you have loads to read etc and maybe you could think about writing again while you're there.....

..yeah we do all get those days and I do think that being tired doesn't help Joe..I forgot to ask you how your sleeping was going these days, do you have a regular sleeping pattern..?...I also meant to ask you what it'll be like because I have images of places in the movies and having your own room and everything..will it be anything like that..?..
