....well, just by being where you are and in your own place, I think it's the first steps taken Joe and you're getting by each day and for now, that's doing well, eh...oh, that's another one to add to your must watch list then, I remember it being quite scary but funny at the same time and a good movie...we'll make sure you have loads to do/read/watch etc...I just have to go and see what the task is if that's ok..I'll try to talk to you in a bit.....

..yeah, it's just one day at a time and I know all you have to do for the moment is concentrate on getting through and being well..you always did say that you enjoyed having your own place so I think it is the best thing and maybe the only way you can do this..do you know anything about where you'll go yet/how long or are you still waiting to hear..?...I remember reading up about the triggers etc when you once sent me a link to some sites and then I looked at other sites and I do understand a bit about 'familiars' etc and I think it's about finding 'that person' you were before it all which all sounds a bit weird but I do believe that...oh it's all ooop North though Joe and those Northern people are odd.....I remember how they were in American Werewolf in London..'you made me miss..'...

..you old man....yeah, it must make you feel like you're a real part of something, which strangely would be good for you..?...and that they can relate so much so they care about you and which must help a lot and I do think that it's something that you should pursue later on as well, you know helping people..?..because although it might sound strange, you have also learned so much and your experiences would help others as well..oh I'm in a bit of a retro zone, isn't this your neighbourhood-ish....?..

..it was a bit exhausting/grim, I've only had a few days back but I'm glad it's the weekend and I have three days to chill..do you go to the groups everyday..?..that's a good thing though, it gets you out and around people...

So glad you're in your new place and you're doing well. I'm fine thanks, had the family up at the weekend, that was noisy. Had a great time though.
