..thank you....it's what you need right now/it's what your body needs..there is nothing else that it needs atm Joe...you're not shaking or anything/it's not asking for anything other than rest..one step at a time, yeah..?..Joe, I'm going to have to go out for maybe a few hours...you just sleep and if you wake up later, we'll talk/chat but if you sleep longer then that's all good as well ok, even better because you're poor body is exhausted atm and rest is what it needs...you like to give it a good old battering.....you be well/be safe/rest and I'll talk to you soon, ok......

..let's just think about getting through it a bit at a time until Monday, eh..?..you have enough alcohol atm to not get the shakes and become more ill, you don't need anything for the moment, Joe...

Yeah I know....people who have never suffered with addiction find it so difficult to comprehend but you've got to really want to beat it or you never will... I'm around on and off all day...so don't go to a dark place...have you had any sleep yet?

..you have to do it for yourself though Joe, you know that...this could be turned into a good thing in that you'll get the help you need and you know that you have friends that will support you as well/but you have to do this Joe and you have to want this/please want this...please have belief in yourself/don't let the thing that is poisoning you, tell you otherwise because it's selfish and just wants to keep you...it doesn't ever think of you like your friends do/it never wants the best for you, it wants to destroy you...talk to me if you're able to, ok..I'll be back online in around 10 minutes or so....

..awww, Joe, Joe..there are so many people who have faith in you..you are someone worthy to have faith in but you're ill Joe..we need to get you better...I wish that they could keep you in hospital over the weekend so you can go to rehab...

..it's probably best for you though, yeah..?..I mean more than anything else, Joe..you have to be safe and try to get through this illness..you can't atm I know that/it's just too hard for you where you are..but Joe, whatever you're feeling right now, there is stuff out there for you/stuff that will make you happy/see thongs differently but to get there, you have to be here and able to get there...and that's what we all want for you/you're much too special a person for anything less...

..ahh, you're there....what happens with rehab forms/will it be a residential thing..?..
