Brave New World, Fahrenheit 451. They're my two faves. Also, anything by Kafka, but the best = Metamorphosis. There's usually a book in most stores that has that "and other short stories" (it's what I have). As for aaaactual classics, then Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea is pretty cool... not at all wordy or too challenging. These are just ones I've read recently tbh
