He was really one dimensional now that I think back to it. His whole performance ran on one setting if you know what I mean. He didn't change.

Yeah it's just all the performances were great (well maybe bar Russell) that I guess she kinda got eclipsed. Helena and Sascha were great as the innkeepers too.

I haven't heard him sing on the stage but if he did match it then he must be pretty great. Idk his voice put me off a little bit sometimes maybe it's just me, he was fantastic overall though.

Me too. I was overwhelmed by the movie. It was so powerful. If they don't win it will be a travesty.

I liked Eponine a lot. I thought the actress that played her (I've forgotten her name now) was phenomenal, especially considering it was her debut.

Yeah Hugh as Jean was just brilliant. I thought his singing was a bit dodgy here and there but his acting was spot on throughout the movie. I love him in it. When he died it was just horrible I felt so bad for Cosette and then Fantine was there UGH SO MUCH EMOTION.

Yeah if Anne doesn't get that Oscar then I will flip ****, when she sang I Dreamed A Dreamed I was floored she really is one of the best actresses around right now.

I loved her so much. I loved Fantine and Marius even more though.
