They'll set him up as the big bad for the next Expansion I think. I reckon since Heavensward's given us two new areas (Dravania and a new Coerthas area) we could be getting both Doma and Ala Mhigo in a Garlean focused expansion.

Possibly, I think that a large part of the 3.0 patches story might revolve around the Garleans though.

I'm hoping the Ul'Dah storyline gets wrapped up in Heavensward tbh, I don't think it'll all take place in Ishgard and the new areas. I want to see the 3.0 storyline feature Limsa more heavilly, it's kind of ignored quite often in favour of Ul'Dah and Gridania.

Not sure, I reckon Ishgard will be repaired over time like Mor Dhona though.

Yeah, I'll do the first few story missions to unlock Ishgard and then leave it as that until I know the server is stable.

Haukke Manor and Brayflox are gonna be so packed on release day lol.

Decided on which new job you're gonna try first? I was gonna go for MCH but I'm probably gonna take AST for a spin since it's skills sound really fun.

Good thing is as well is that the new jobs all start at level 30 so you can just jump straight into dungeons and **** with them.

That sounds like a good idea, hopefully that will help them avoid a Golden Saucer situation when you couldn't go there on release day because it was always full.
