Busy... that's how I've been. I think I'm glued to a computer about eighteen hours a day lately. It'll get better when I stop being a dunderhead and start actually to absorb some of the information. Did you get to go into the Abbey?

..yeah, he has always kept fit and I think he's always had medical advise as well, so I guess he's been just about as healthy as anyone could be doing what he did and I still have no idea how he ate the things he ate...I think he's slimmer now than I've ever seen him though..didn't you make a thread about the programme on DS once and everyone was saying how unhealthy he was...LOL...
