..you definitely seem a lot more relaxed since you've been going so I think it's probably helping you a lot and you're doing great as well, Joe....I'm sure that everyone who knows you is so proud of you, we all are.. and it's also great that you want to help others as well eventually because no one is more able to understand and advise than you are...I mean people can sympathise/empathise etc but you can't really and truly understand something that you haven't lived yourself can you..?..

..yeah, they must be quite intense sometimes but as you say, people can't go away feeling low, so I guess finishing it all on a positive is really important but also quite a thing for the person running it to do as well and you seem to get a lot out of it Joe...I guess it's easier for you to be able to talk to people who can relate and know how it is themselves and to listen to their stories as well...

..yeah that's what the tribute will be all about tomorrow and so it should be because he wasn't the alcohol, although I know it convinced him that he was for probably most of his life..but I know you'll all remember what was great about him and I'm sure there were many many things...it sounds as though you're quite a close group as well, Joe and that must help a lot...

..awww Joe, that really sucks....I'm so sorry, that really is a leveller for you all, isn't it..it's scary when you think about it as well because he probably drank for years and years and yet after being sober for a while, he was dead in such a short time..?...the poor guy, he must have felt so low and hopeless...

..haha, you'll end up looking like a pizza, Joe...yeah, I'm not the biggest fan of food either though so I know what you mean but I do get cravings for certain things now and again...also, I'm really lazy and can't usually be bothered to cook two different meals so I'll just have some toast or something for dinner, which is really bad and not nutritious at all...are you going to stay up and watch the Oscars tonight, I think it's on at around 1am or something our time...

..was it like a chilli dog, then..?..we have some really good pubs around here for food but the only thing though is that they just give you far too much and I can never eat it all and feel really embarrassed about that...how's your appetite generally now, Joe..are you enjoying your food..?...(and pizza..)...

..I've been really domesticated today and made three different kinds of soup for next week, which is not like me on a Sunday at all and I think I might watch Salt on TV later...awww, Happy Birthday to your mum, where did you go to eat, was it like a pub or something..?...

..yeah and Steve Davis used to be as well, I know he was good but he was so boring to watch..it should have been the law back in the day that it was always a Jimmy White final and maybe playing Alex Higgins...are you up to much this evening..?..

..that's early as well, I remember one time I watched it and I was working the next day and it didn't finish until around 12.30am or something...oh maybe that was a different tournament......
