..oh yeah, they're not the best thing to eat in a shop/café etc but that's also because they're much drier than homemade ones and really crumbly...homemade muffins are so much better Joe, but I don't eat cake in general that much myself unless I bake because I need something to do and then I feel I have to eat them..Bridesmaids is on TV at 9pm tonight, it's a really funny movie, have you seen it..?..

...hmmm, I'm not sure that there is much difference between a cupcake and a bun really, other than cupcakes always have cream on them and are decorated but you can get buns that are just plain..?..my mum made some plain buns back in the day and then she would have them with custard but I hated them...muffins are different though, they're kind of a much looser consistency when you make them, not a traditional cake batter type thing..sort of runny, that's the technical term....and they rise much more as well, which is why they're bigger I guess..I made banana and white chocolate just because we had some bananas that were quite soft and ready to go black...haha at our cake conversation...

..no, I still have Mondays off and then it's the start off a new term or half term on Tuesday so I'll be exhausted by Friday....it's been a bit of a slow day and I think I've been a bit down because my OH had to go away at 5am this morning and I hate weekends without him, so I've felt a bit sorry for myself today and even baked muffins, which is a sign for me that I'm down...

..haha, fickle.....yeah I couldn't remember which movie that you said you saw her in but I remember you saying she was your future wife and I was surprised that you hadn't seen her before because she's been in quite a lot, especially some British/BBC dramas..(although I can't recall what they were called..)..but if she's high maintenance then she's not the one for you, Joe and it's her loss.....
