King of almost hitting 30

27 looks better than 26 actually I'm just not here how quick it's going I don't have anything planned at the moment, the first day back at work is the 5th which kinda sucks so I'll probably do something for it on the Saturday instead.

I get you with NY not being as big of a deal as you get older. I used to always have plans for it a few years ago but nowadays it's only really if we feel like it and I'm not against staying in.

Yeah we were thinking of a house party or maybe just inviting a bunch of friends over for dinner and drinks or something, I rarely ever go out for NYE, it's even worse when you live in London in regards to how expensive and overcrowded places are.

We opened all her presents first, we put them all in a pile on her playing mat and she's at that stage where she's crawling and she was crawling towards the pile and picking them one by one. She was even holding them and trying to rip through the wrapping.

It's fun celebrating with a new baby in the family, how old's your cousin's baby?

I still dont know if I'm doing anything for NYE yet, my friends are so disorganised when it comes to making plans :/ Wbu? Any plans?

Aww that's nice, glad to hear you had a good Christmas. Mine was good thank you, it was my niece's first Christmas so we tried to make it really special for her even though she's six months.

I can afford moving and living there for a while, intensively jumping from one interview to another and hoping to get hired fast enough. But doing it all alone when nothing is guaranteed is a big risk and I'm not sure how I feel about that. It's not like it's impossible, it's just getting caught somewhere inbetween being realistic and letting my fears handle me. I'd like to believe the coming year will be a stepping stone and I'll find a way to do it right.

Trying to apply while not living in the UK doesn't help either, but it's not like I can stay in the UK for long without a job. Catch 22 and I'm not sure what's my next step. Should I try to apply for uni studies abroad instead? Should I just throw myself in at the deep end and move to the UK and try applying from there? It all sounds scary and not very promising.
I need to sort myself out and get some courage.
