..if they get their way now..we’ll, then ..they won’t be given full justice to so they can just hush up and wait until they’re revealed in all of their fabulousness...rather than all step out wearing shabby frocks atm and looking bedraggled etc...you would never be writing a thrown together wardrobe of characters...you’re a detail baby, kind of guy...you want to feel they’re looking perfect for the occasion of their stepping out ball...you’re Dean Smith and if they’re ok with anything less than perfect in characters...then they can go find someone else...ungrateful little creatures they are...
..but yeah, you need to feel right as well and place it to one side atm if it feels the right thing to do..because those impatient novella characters can jump and scream as much as they want to...screaming for their lovely ending...but you’re the one who has the control so don’t let them bully you either...it’s all for you to decide...
..and then obviously the middle..the heart of the story...will just fit into place, it’ll just flow naturally between start and finish...it’ll write itself almost..well more, it’ll guide your hand and walk you through it..
..actually we invested our emotions from the synopsis really...from his last breaths in that alley..our hearts were already there with him ..and then our hearts became there with other characters as well, you know...your story beginnings capture hearts as well as capturing intest in the story...
...because of the ending, the beginning will come as well..I mean the ending creates the beginning, doesn’t it...in terms of characters...I mean you’re just introducing them to us as readers and you’re making us think what ending we would like for each one..which you know, you did so beautifully right from the first few pages in Black before we even know the story..the middle bit..
