his ''special forces'' are not the normal police, they basically have a shoot to kill order by one of luki's ministers, they just invade stores, breaking windows etc to arrest innocent people who were just being against lukashenko during elections, his opposition filed a official complaint over at brussels, and EU also said there is nothing democratic about the way Lukashenko won another term
